Australia Fiji Odds

Australia play Fiji in pool ‘B’ on the 23rd Sep in Rugby World Cup (RWC) 2007 at the La Mosson Stadium, Montpellier. The two sides have never met in the RWC although they have met on a few occasions outside the competition.

Australia will see this as the second hardest game they will play in the pool stages and although they will expect to win convincingly they will have to stifle the exciting Fijian backs supply of ball.  we see this as a high scoring game and one which the Wallabies will eventually run out convincing winners of by more than 20 points. Look out for Matt Giteau and Scott Fava of the Force and Rocky Elsom and Phil Waugh of the Waratahs.
