Blacks claim Tri-Nations and stay No 1

The All Blacks maintained their favourites tag for RWC 2007. New Zealand beat Australia at Eden Park in Auckland by 34 points to 27 to claim the Tri-nations with 2 match’s to play and also secured the Bledisloe Cup with 3 out of 3 against the Wallabies. The Wallabies made this a tight match all the way through by contesting the breakdown area but the Blacks always looked to have the edge and with an improved lineout they look firm favourites for France 2007.
