England have new change shirts for the 2009/10 season and they had their first airing against Argentina during the Autumn Internationals.

England have a radical new change shirt and you will either love it or hate it. The new shirt for 09/10 is purple a colour we have not seen for the England strip before. The shirt manufactured by Nike and carrying their tick logo on the right chest, still carries the O2 logo on the torso and the English Rose motif on the left chest. The collar h,as a thin white strip around the top as do both sleeves however they also incorporate a red cross within giving us the George Cross. The back of the shirt also has the outline of the George Cross but in blue. The shirts first outing was a win against Argentina, but it received a mixed reception from supporters.
