England Women win Six Nations – France 10-11 England

England Women won a fifth consecutive Six Nations title and a fourth Grand Slam in five years with a tight victory over France Women in Rennes.

England held a narrow lead thanks to an Amy Turner try to a Aurelie Bailon penalty going in to half-time at 3-5.

In the second period Celine Allainmat scored a try to put France ahead before Katy McLean potted a second pensalty on 64 minutes. France had the chance to win the game in injury time but Aurelie Bailon’s last-gasp penalty fell just short. Giving us the final score of:
