Is Cotton Wool the way to the Cup?

New Zealand to rest their top 22 players.  I am sure the Super 14 franchises must be pleased to lose the top 22 Allblacks for the first seven weeks of the season.  Graham Henry is wrapping his top 22 players in Cotton Wool as he looks towards winning the World Cup in France 2007.  He is quoted as saying he wants to avoid player burn-out.
