O’Driscoll Injured

There are real concerns about Brian O’Driscoll after he was punched in the game at Bayonne. Ireland won the game by 42 points to 6.  But it looks like the French thought it was a good opportunity to stymie the Irish chances of winning the World Cup.  Do not expect this in the modern game but then it has happened often before in France.  We will keep a watching brief and let you know how it develops, lets hope he is not out of the Cup.

   Offending player should be identified and disciplinary action taken. Where is the example to younger players? Only discipline will cut this behaviour out.
