Romania Portugal Odds

Romania meet Cup newcomers Portugal on the 25th Sep in pool ‘C’ of Rugby World Cup (RWC) 2007 at the Toulousian Stadium Toulouse. This will be the first meeting between the two sides in RWC. Though they know each other well from the 1st Division of the European Nations Cup.

Neither side will expect to win their way out of the pool stages and both will target this game as a win.  We see Romania with the experience at this level being to strong for the Portuguese and thus running out convincing winners albeit in a low scoring encounter. Expect them to come through by 10 points or more. Look out for Petru Vladimir Balan the Romanian Biarritz Olympique player.
