Ticket draw for final and semi final entry closes soon

There are only a few days left to register for the Rugby World Cup 2007 random draw for allocation of purchase orders for semi final and Final tickets. More than 30,000 tickets will be allocated through the draw. Each person that has their name drawn will be entitled to buy a maximum of two tickets for one of the three matches. The draw is the only way for the general public to buy tickets for the Final and semi-finals without buying a hospitality package.

Closing date for rugby world cup tickets

On 23 May 2007 the Organising Committee will hold the second random draw to allocate purchase orders for tickets to the Final and semi finals of Rugby World Cup 2007. The registration for entry into the draw closes at the end of the day on Sunday 20 May.

Rugby World Cup Matches in ticket draw

Draw participants may register for one, two or three matches from:
Semi final 1 on October 13 2007 at the Stade de France
Semi final 2 on October 14 2007 at the Stade de France
The Final on October 20 2007 at the Stade de France

The draw will be by category and in the following order: Final, semi-final 1 then semi-final 2. Once the name of a participant has been drawn it will be removed from the list of entrants for the draw for the remaining matches.
