Warm Up Games Completed

All the major nations have completed their warm up games before France 2007.  At this time it looks as though no additional injuries have been incurred.  The big question is what can the coaches and supporters glean from all the results.  England are improving but have a long way to go. France look organised, disciplined and have not shown fully what they can do, they look a good bet for a win or at least runners-up. New Zealand still are out and out favourites. South Africa are strong up front with some flair in the backs and will be hard to beat. Australia are a hard one to call, but as ever will be competitive, winning enough ball will probably be their Achilles heel. Ireland seem to have peaked to early, Scotland are more competitive but must still get past Italy who will be competitive and have a good chance of reaching the quarter-finals. Wales the demolition by France can not have done a lot for moral but they should still reach the quarter-finals but go no further. Argentina will need to beat Ireland to progress and the rest will be looking to secure one or two wins.
